Goodreads asked Gregory Ulseth:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gregory Ulseth Most of my ideas have been long in development. I have always brainstormed and talked with my friends and family about conjectural history and well, one day I decided to put my thinkers toward the future. My book, 'We Have a Plan,' is heavily rooted in my faith and I did so to intentionally open the discussion to what the average religious Catholic would consider in a scifi/dystopian setting. Our religion won't fade away and sure, I'll be the first to admit that my scenario is highly unlikely (mostly because of assumptions I made during my world building) but it is something I made to be relatable.
