Goodreads asked Gregory Ulseth:

How do you get inspired to write?

Gregory Ulseth To be honest, I sat down one day on my phone on the little microsoft word app and started to type. Well, at first it was really exciting because I would do it while I sat with my daughter in her bed while she fell asleep and I typed a page or two at a time, but then it became a habit and slowly I got to 50 pages, then 100 and soon enough I had my entire rough draft. After that point I decided that I couldn't just stop there so I refined it and refined it. It was an addiction that I couldn't shake and eventually I got to the point where I was absolutely committed and nearly 18 months later, I'm just waiting for my proof copy to arrive in Korea (nearly a month delivery for some reason) before I actually release it!
