Hi, Can anyone tell me what Charles Warner exactly did to get promotions and his position? How did he betray the Arthur? i got the hints but not the story.

What I sort of assumed was that he came on an assignment to visit the house and had a little romance with Arthur and then left him. Then became one of the heads of DICOMY. The betrayal would've been him working there because that is completely against Arthurs views. (less)
