Do you have a plan on how my Chronicles of St. Mary's / Time police books you plan on writing? If yes, what are the magic numbers?

Hi Chris. I don't have a fixed number in my mind. Neither series will go on for every - I think a moment will come when they reach a natural end. I have rather a horror of people saying, 'Oh, she should have finished several books ago.' Having said that, I have ideas for other books which I'm going to try and develop. Thanks for your question.

Hi Jodi, simple question: In the St. Mary's books, why did you go for "an historian" instead of "a historian"? I get it that "h" is a weak consonant, but for other combinations like "a hideous" or "a hindrance", you use "a" (thank goodness my ebook reader has a search function). I'm not an English native speaker (I'm German) but I'm very interested in details like this. Is there a quirky rule that I'm not aware of?
