Paula McLain This has to be the nicest compliment ever! Thank you!! I learned to write through reading, is the easiest answer, and through trial and error, practicing my craft constantly, and with complete devotion. It helps that I've always loved language, and the power of the written word. I got my start through poetry, and always feel real pleasure in describing human experience through metaphor and surprising language. Thanks so much for your question, and for reading!!
