Clearly the author is hoping for a sequel and left her readers hanging. Please, Viking Press, one was enough. I rated the book one star and that was generous.

I HATE ambiguous endings and that scene spoiled the book for me. The author owes us an explanation.

I think one of the readers may be right and that it could be Hayler but what a ridic ending... I don't think it was Isaac as he would have been noticed by either Will or Ellen.. Also yes she did identify Laure as the one that pushed her but that was never explained... Stupid book

I think it’s going to be Hayler. Although, Issac could have photoshopped Laures face onto the footage, he lied to her several times, he didn’t seem upset enough about Laures death...and that picture he was burning was weird. I guess she left us guessing for a reason

Only one character can make sense and that would be the escaped killer that got away from Elin. And even that feels illogical unless the killer has some psycotic obsession with elin as he'd been following her in swiss hail storms.

I thought it was Isaac too. Hayler only makes sense if there's going to be some sort of series focused on Elin. I have a discussion post up on this and we are discussing it now.
