I don't think it was Isaac as he would have been noticed by either Will or Ellen.. Also yes she did identify Laure as the one that pushed her but that was never explained... Stupid book(less)

Mary Yes -- she sees on camera that it was Laure and then at the end the book says the guy on the funicular did it. So how does that work??
