This is by far one of my favorite book series. I'm on the 4th book and I'm already excited for the 5th one. My question is: how long will this series go? And another question is what other books do you recommend that are similar to the Ascendance books?

Thanks very much - I haven't yet decided whether the series will go longer than 5 books. As to others I recommend that are similar, honestly, there are other series that I love (Consider THE SERPENT'S SECRET by Sayantani DasGupta, THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL by Soman Chainani, and DARKDEEP by Ally Condie and Brendan Reichs), but they are all different from the Ascendance books.

Hi! I was just wondering, in The Ascendance Trilogy, what do the different accents sound like? Are they kind of like British accents, or American accents, or something different entirely? (Btw, by different accents I mean the accents of the different countries - Avenia, Carthya, etc)
