is this book like you childhood?

Jerry Craft It is loosely based on my childhood. I wanted to be an artist and my parents didn't really want that for me. So instead of art school, they sent me to a school like RAD. But a lot of the things that happen to the kids are stories from my sons' experiences in middle school.
