I heard a very prolific writer say on a virtual event where she was being interviewed say this: If you have writer's block, you probably made a mistake in the last 10-20 pages; go back and find it and you will be able to get started again! For myself, this is true but sometimes I will go ahead to another critical spot in the story and just write that part--helps me at least get some writing done!
