Goodreads asked Elizabeth Horton-Newton:

How do you get inspired to write?

Elizabeth Horton-Newton I was inspired to write "View From the Sixth Floor: An Oswald Tale" because of my interest in the Kennedy assassination. I have always believed there was a conspiracy and that Lee Oswald was innocent. Wondering what might have happened if he lived to tell the whole story I imagined the story. Of course I also wondered what might have happened if someone believed he was Oswald, or if someone pretended to be Oswald. The book I'm writing now, "Riddle", is loosely based on the life of someone I knew. An adopted teen aged Native is imprisoned for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend. He returns to his hometown after serving time and a new mystery unfolds. This book should be ready for release by Spring 2015.
