My favorite things about your novels is that the dialogue sounds real, which is a major plus when reading any book. I have yet to read Landline (2nd in queue for library hold), which I have heard lots of great things about! How did you make sure that the conversations didn't sound forced, over-the-top, or stiff?

Rainbow Rowell Hi -- thank you! I read all of my books out loud multiple times, and I speak out loud as I'm writing. I think that helps. Also, I was a journalist for about ten years, and I think taking notes while people talked really affected the way I write conversations.

Hi Rainbow, I'm loving the stories in Scattered Showers (and what a beautifully designed book it is too). But I'm wondering why they left some of my favorite recent works of yours off of the Also by Rainbow Rowell page -- specifically Runaways and She-Hulk. I just worry that there are people like me who want to read every thing you write and they might not know about these books? Thanks.
