I relate to almost all of them, really. Like, I *have* to find a way into the characters to write them at all. Probably Georgie from Landline is the most like me now -- a mother who feels pulled in different directions. And I think Eleanor is a lot like I was at 16 -- though she's much cooler and tougher than I ever was. I relate very much to Cath's social anxiety and to her struggles as a writer.
