You prompted me to go take a peek at the suggested reading order, and yes, it appears to be up to date. The Rogues to Riches are not included on the list because they do not touch any other series. With respect to the Windhams, if you want to sort them out from all the rest of the stories, the list would go:
The Courtship, The Duke and His Duchess
Heir/Soldier/Virtuoso
Lady Sophie/Lady Maggie/Morgan and Archer
Lady Maggie, Lady Eve, Jonathan and Amy, Lady Jenny

I also wonder if Gareth's story was the only one in the men's stories (Lonely Lords, True Gentlemen and Jaded Gentlemen combined) that occurred during the Napoleonic Wars, considering that several years passed before Andrew's story began. Why couldn't you have kept all their stories within the Lonely Lords series? Surely the men in the smaller series were all lonely as well.
