Hi Melody -- I am SO sorry I just saw this question! I'm usually much better at answering questions faster.
I think you mean Noah Armstrong, the FBI agent who trained Lucy. There was no book written with him in Europe, though part of his backstory was that, as an Air Force Raven, he traveled all over the world and met Eden Rogan, Sean's sister, in Europe. I think -- not positive -- that I had a flashback to one of their scenes in STOLEN (which has a lot of Noah's backstory as well as Sean's) and in MAKE THEM PAY, which brings Liam and Eden into book.
