How do you get inspired to write?

Jessica Scott I don't know, honestly. Sometimes, things just come to me, like cool ideas or characters. And most of the time, they're not ready to start being worked on so I just let them marinate in my subconscious. I'm a firm believer in letting your subconscious work on things for a while. 9 times out of 10, that will fix a lot of problems for me.
