I so enjoyed Rules of Civility, I wanted to jump into Eve in Hollywood. I live in Canada so I have to use amazon.ca and it is NOT on the Canadian Amazon site. Will it be some day ? I want to read about Eve. For me it was a bit of a loose end that needed trying up - just as you thought too.
