I related to it tremendously since I have also been struggling with numerous undiagnosed symptoms. Hi Lori! I just finished "Maybe You Should Talk to Someone" and I'm curious, has your perspective on virtual therapy shifted at all since the pandemic? In the book you seem partial to in-person therapy because of reading body language and added intimacy. Did you have virtual sessions during the pandemic? How did they go? Do you see different benefits to virtual therapy now than you did before? Thanks for your time!

First of all, I loved the book. I've been in therapy for a long time myself, and I always wonder what the therapist is thinking... And I have been considering going back to school myself to become a therapist in my late 30s after working as a writer my whole career. What was it like for you changing careers, and how do you think your writing background helps you as a therapist?
