Andrea
Andrea asked Angie Kim:

I just have to say I loved your book so much and cannot wait to read more things from you. I connected to every single character in Miracle Creek, and with the way the story was told, I felt like I was present there. How did you transition from being a lawyer to being a writer, and was it a difficult decision to make? All the best, Andrea. :) <3

Angie Kim Thank you so much, Andrea! I actually quit being a lawyer quite a while ago, and being a writer is my 5th career. I realized after only a few years of practicing the law that I despised everything about being a lawyer except for actually being in the courtroom, which I loved. Given that only about 5% of being a litigator in private practice entails being in the courtroom, I decided to leave. I became a management consultant, then a dot-com entrepreneur, then a full-time stay-at-home mom, then started writing about 10 yrs ago. I had a blast re-visiting the courtroom as a writer! I hope that answers your question. Thank you again.
