I am currently reading your book Resistance. It is an amazing book but I want to know where you got your inspiration to write this?

Hi Sierra, the inspiration began on a trip to Poland. There, I discovered the story of the little-known resistance group of Akiva, and these teenagers who sacrificed everything on behalf of their people. I was stunned that their story hadn’t been told as much as I thought it should be, so I knew it had to be written.
