Nothing quite compares to seeing your work in hard-copy. The first time I ever held a book containing one of my stories in my hands was almost as beautiful as the first time I held each one of my sons. It made every tear and every stressful moment I had fade away. Knowing people will read it is great and I hope they will enjoy it, but seeing it, feeling it in my hands, that's amazing.
