Is this book appropriate for teens? How is the language, sex and violence?

It’s not gory in any way, there is an…moreAs a teen (16) this was great and very mild compared to a lot of the other books I’ve read, especially violence. It’s not gory in any way, there is an allusion to sex in the way that two people get together for an evening and is later revealed to have conceived a child, but no descriptions at all. Killing is used a lot but there’s actually very little violent actions and blood in the book for a space opera. Most of the time it’s just “Karst shoots and *insert here* dies” (less)
