Hi Mark, have you ever thought of branching into science fiction? I think there's a fine line between Fantasy and sci-fi, and they go well together when the story brings both genre together, the "In her name" books by Michael R. Hicks are a great example of this.

Mark Lawrence Hi Deryk - all of my books contain significant elements of science fiction. In fact it's easy to argue that my first 6 books are entirely science fiction.

My most recent trilogy, starting with One Word Kill, is very definitely science fiction, albeit not of the spaceships and ray-guns variety.

Mark! You've said Red Sister is not set in the same world as your other two trilogies. Is Red Sister set in the same universe? Is it in the far future from your other two trilogies, but on a different planet?
