Hi Jodi, I have devoured all your Chronicles of St Mary's series and felt so bereft when I finished that I am currently reading them all again or listening to them on Audible. I have just noticed that you have a short story called Dessicated Water but I can't find it on Amazon. Where can I buy it? I know we are a very demanding audience but please continue writing this wonderful series.

Hi - It's not really a short story. It's something I knocked up when I was bored and should have been working on something else. You should find it on the link above, or, if you like, it's available in paperback with a load of other shorts in 'Long Story Short,' out next month, I think. You'll also find another very short story - 'Markham and the Anal Probing' in there, as well.
Some time ago, we realised not everyone has a kindle or similar device and were therefor unable to access the short stories and so we made them available in print versions. The first is 'The Long and Short of It,' and the latest is 'Long Story Short.' Both available on Amazon.
Best wishes, Jodi.

Can't think of a way to word this so it's not a spoiler.
In the Battersea Chronicles the end of the story rests on a point of law in the constitutional monarchy - that of a member of the Royal Family declaring the government unfit for purpose. I know a little about constitutional monarchy but not nearly enough to know - is that legally possible? Or are have you stretched things in your alternate universe?

I've really been enjoying your St. Mary's Chronicles. I've just finished Hope for the Best, but I'm having trouble finding Plan for the Worst as well as some of the other in between stories. Any suggestions about where to find some of these books? Thank you for your beautifully fun stories and very wacky beloved characters!
