In the end, on the original timeline, the chair is already built when Barry is about to meet Helena in the pub. Just because Slade is the only one who knows the power of chair yet, doesn’t mean others won’t understand it in the future. Who’s to say someone else won’t make use of it? I was hoping they would somehow find a way to completely destroy it. Or am I missing somthing?
