Hi Lorie, I truly enjoyed your book, i cried and laughed and celebrated your success with you. I wondered after I finished your book, did you find it difficult to stop therapy, or do you stay in contact with your therapist? I think ending a relationship as deep as that would be difficult.
Lori Gottlieb
Hi Nima! That's one aspect of therapy I write about: how we form these very meaningful therapy-client relationships that are inherently temporary. You can see what it was like to leave Wendell in the chapter called "A Pause in the Conversation."

Hi Lori, Your book is well-written, and confirmed that I'm in therapy to find answers to my own self-care through by looking deeper into my mirror. My questions is: Do you think both men and women are more motivated now to seek therapy when they face problems? I'm concerned about our US mental health care system, and what more can be done to reach those in need. Gretchen Smith gretchenoutsidethelines@gmail.com

Hi Lori! Really enjoyed reading your book. Since reading it, I've been diving more into psychotherapy and the work of E Perel and J Gottman, among others.
I'm looking for a good couples therapist but the ones I've seen with my partner were lacking (didn't share my values or jived with my style) - how do I find out what my "style" is so I can find a therapist that matches it?

Not exactly a question, but wondered if you knew libraries are unable to get your book _Maybe You Should Talk to Someone_ in audio format? Here is the explanation: "The eAudio was published by Audible, and they (and Brilliance) do not sell their titles in eAudiobook format to libraries. Unfortunately they have also not made it available for purchase on audiobook CD format." Can you fix it? Thank you!
