I started with Earthsea saga, book by book. I found it to be profound and deeply beautiful. Her website has posted her suggested order as:
"A Note from Ursula
The order of the books is:
A Wizard of Earthsea
The Tombs of Atuan
The Farthest Shore
Tehanu
Tales from Earthsea
The Other Wind"
This was perfect for me, and cemented her in my esteem as one of the greatest authors I have read.
Having just finished Rocannon's world--I liked it a lot, and am excited to continue the Hainish tales, but it didn't knock me out in the same way that Wizard of Earthsea and every other book in that series did.
Nevertheless, having been through Earthsea, I have total faith that the Hainish stories will grow into another realm that I will love, hopefully as much as Earthsea, if in different ways.
Hope this helps.

If you haven't read anything I would recommend you follow the Goodreads popularity order of Le Guin. This is the number of ratings given to her books, as can be viewed on her GR page.
Currently the order is:
1. The Wizard of Earthsea (Earthsea #1)
2. The Left Hand of Darknes (Hainish #4)
3. The Dispossesed (Hainish #6)
The Hainish Cycle can be read in any order. And the books and themes are quite different, so some may appeal to you more than others. So starting with 4 or 6 is quite al right and you will miss nothing (or very little)

I believe the Earthsea Cycle is more of a children's book - an oldfashioned one in the tempo, but still?
And part of it is made into film by Ghibli, which I know is not the same, but Ghibli always deliver quality.

I loved the Earthsea Cycle growing up, and still have images from it in my head decades later (without a re-read). There are less books, stories etc. involved, so it would be less of a commitment. However, is it better? Not sure. I have only read Rocannon's World so far of all the Hainish stuff.

It's fine to start anywhere - but I started with a book of short stories called "The Wind's Twelve Quarters" It's a nice way to try a smattering of everything, without having the commitment to finishing a novel, let alone a trilogy
