I don't have it. I do have I'd-rather be-writing-than-marketing syndrome. I call that publicity block. Luckily, GoodReads came onto the scene and makes it so much easier to interact with readers. Which isn't publicity to me. I've always enjoyed direct contact with readers. Readers always energize me. Just the opposite of writers block or publicity-block.
