I read the paperback (the one that has a woman's eyes on the cover) but didn't see the lost chapter. Is it incorporated into the original text? Or was it the wrong paperback?

When are you going to do a book tour? With an upcoming new release it seems to me an excellent idea. I could book (no pun intended) you into the MFA University of Mich. or one of several of Ann Arbor's prestigious Independent Bookstores. Just give me the word.
