How do you deal with writer’s block?

Eric Suddoth I walk away from the project for awhile and start writing something different. After some time away, if an idea comes up I will return back to writing on the original idea. I try not to rush or force the idea. I let it come naturally. Sometimes giving yourself some space and time will allow yourself to see the story more clearly. It also gives me more time to get to know the characters a little deeper.
