I don't really believe in writer's block, but if I do get feeling really stuck, I do something else for a while. The issue will brew in the back of my mind while I do other things, and often the answer will come to me. If there is a time limit involved, I will write around it. If I write around it, the writing itself usually brings me a solution to whatever problem I'm struggling with.
