Ella We know that Jason is dies around the time that Magnus faces off against Loki in the The Ship of the Dead. The Ship of the Dead then goes on to have an epilogue that takes place a month or so later, and by then, there's not sign that Magnus has been taken to Valhalla. It seems like the dead have to be snatched up by Valkyries pretty quickly, so the fact that we didn't see Jason in the final book indicates that he passed on to the Underworld, not Valhalla.
Emily Although this is a good theory, on the Riordan WIKI page it says that Jason resides in Elysium. This could still be a possibility. I like this theory, and you are right 'Michael' it would make Ragnarok more interesting.
Max I think Magnus may come back in the trials of Apollo but he won't bring Jason unless he goes to Helheim to save his mother and accidently finds Jason.
Aster Magnus Chase is over, though.
Jackson bruh youre so right
Arrielle I think it's more like a journey to Hades like Orpheus did when he retrieved his wife but you know, with Piper saving Jason.
sia I don't think so, because there was a lot of grief surrounding Jason's death, which points to him not coming back. There is also the fact that Jason is Roman and Valhalla is Norse.
FY Yes. I hope so, but it's very unlikely... :'(
Eduardo Villacorta I dont really think that'll happen since he's roman and magnus is norse
frustratedmob it can be a possibility.Maybe rick riordan introduced percy jackson and all the greek demigods and gods in the ship of dead to set up a base for this plot. And rick riordan is always pulling out surprises like this(House of Hades)
Sofialutu It could happen but I don`t think he is, the Magnus Chase trilogy seamed pretty finished to me. I also think uncle Rick killed him for multiple reasons, but as Sravani said " I think Jason's death was proof that death is final, in real life people don't come back" she or he is right, I mean if Jason came back in a 4th Magnus Chase`s book, Jason`s death wouldn`t have been THAT significant, were is the pain in that? We all know uncle Rick loves to hurt us. oh! And don`t think he is going to write any books soon, except the 5th book from trials of Apollo, obviously. Buuut I could be wrong. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Have a good day!!!
Hannah.Hgs i dont think so unless Uncle rick writes more magnus chase stories. He wanted them to last as a trilogy.
It would be cool to see Jason at the Hotel but i dont see that happening
Sarah I've never actually thought of that, but its possible. Most Einherjar are demigods, but Norse ones. If you think about it, Jason only knows about Greek gods and Roman gods, but nobody knows if he thinks that there might be more ancient mythology gods being real, like Greek and Roman mythology deities are. (its possible)

(well there are a Magnus, Sadie, and Carter that live in a world called Earthland. also I just call it that because well...why not?)

Anyway, Jason is a roman demigod, Miracles happen, and you might be right. I'm staying neutral on this, because Piper might suddenly appear and beat the crap out of me.
Myzzikk he will come back just read blood of Olympus where the gods come to their aid
Elementalyfe Jason probably won't come back as a main character, but he might make a cameo as a ghost. Also, Jason's roman so he'll go to the underworld.
Samantha In fantasy books and tv shows, no one ever stays dead for very long...
Emmy I don't think that will work because Magnus is norse so he goes to Valhalla, but Jason is Roman so he goes to the underworld
