Has nobody thought of jason coming back with magnus chase?

I also think uncle Rick killed him for multiple reasons, but as Sravani said " I think Jason's death was proof that death is final, in real life people don't come back" she or he is right, I mean if Jason came back in a 4th Magnus Chase`s book, Jason`s death wouldn`t have been THAT significant, were is the pain in that? We all know uncle Rick loves to hurt us. oh! And don`t think he is going to write any books soon, except the 5th book from trials of Apollo, obviously. Buuut I could be wrong.
