I was wondering of something: I read for the third time blackberry wine, and some actings of the supporting charachters like Kerry and Mireille make me very angry, as they are so hateful. Kerry thinks only to make money and Mireille is just "Toni, Toni and Toni! He is my perfect adorable son, and it's all Marise fault". If you used some real life people to invent them, who were them?

Joanne Harris I don't generally use real-life characters, except in parts: my writing isn't direct portraiture - fortunately!
