Hi, Joanne! First of all I want to say I'm a big fan of your books! Secondly, "The little book of Chocolat" and I came across to the recipe of "Vianne's chocolat" and one of the ingredients is "red chilli" I was wondering what kind of chilli are you refering to? Because I am mexican, and here we have a large variety of "red chillis" and it's quite vague that ingredient. For me at least. Thanks in advance!!

Joanne Harris Hi there! It's great you'e enjoying the cookbook: over here we have a sadly small selection of chillies (which are my all-time favourite ingredient), so I guess you can just choose whichever you have available depending on how hot you'd like it to be (I like habaneros, but they're not always available.)
