How do you get inspired to write?

J.R. Incer Fortunately, inspiration flows very smoothly for me. I'm constantly coming up with ideas and plots during meditations while sleeping, people watching, walking in the park, etc. The secret is to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques throughout the day. Another essential element to feel inspired is to have big goals in life, thrive to make a difference, to help someone, to leave your mark in the human consciousness.
