Goodreads asked J.R. Incer:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

J.R. Incer After working with hundreds of senior citizens while training and getting certified in TimeSlips (Group storytelling project for people with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders) from the University of Wisconsin; it became evident that in order to maintain a high quality of life requires a sharp brain. That is why I invested two years researching neuroplasticity and brain fitness to develop Boost Your Brainpower 365.

My goal is to provide not just a book but a program that people can follow all year round that could improve their power of concentration, visualization, memory, imagination, and problem-solving skill in a fun and practical way.
