Fortunately, inspiration flows very smoothly for me. I'm constantly coming up with ideas and plots during meditations while sleeping, people watching, walking in the park, etc. The secret is to practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques throughout the day. Another essential element to feel inspired is to have big goals in life, thrive to make a difference, to help someone, to leave your mark in the human consciousness.

Look within; this is where you will find the strength and vision to move you forward. If you feel a passion for the art of writing, then bring every once of energy and inspiration to each sentence that you write.
And that writing is a dynamic process, just like everything else in life, some days you're on a roll, and other days is an uphill battle. So, during your "good" days, you will cruise along, words will flow smoothly and uninterrupted. However, when you have those "bad" days, your mind will wander and will be all over the place, don't despair. Just keep moving forward, keep writing.

The best thing about being a writer is having the ability to communicate your vision to the world with the hope to make a positive impact, to make goodwill appealing, and to empower people. In other words, I hope that my writing could change for the better the way people think and behave.

I am currently working on Anthropomorphism: a collection of short stories. This rich emotionally charged anthology can serve as a medium for understanding the human experience: Consciousness, reality, past, present, future, parallel dimensions, other lives, the soul, the mind, heaven, and hell.
Anthropomorphism is my first book of short stories. I hope to communicate my vision to my readers to transform our mundane world into a surreal universe.

I have coached many writers how to overcome writer's block easily. Have you ever encountered someone dealing with writer's block? If you have, it probably became very obvious to you that the harder the person tried to think and come up with an original idea the harder he or she struggled; and if the person is persistent on trying to think creatively his/her mind will eventually go blank, this is often referred as the blank page syndrome.
Creative writing, painting, dancing, singing, or any other activity that concerns imagination and originality for that matter is a subconscious process. Therefore, when it comes to expressing ourselves creatively and to feel inspired, our job is to relax our intellectual mind to allow vision and innovation to flow to a conscious level where we can capture the meaning and essence of it.
These are some of the tools that I share with my clients that are dealing with writer's block: Meditation, self-hypnosis, long quiet walks in the park or at the beach, freestyle writing, and listening to your favorite music in the dark.

After working with hundreds of senior citizens while training and getting certified in TimeSlips (Group storytelling project for people with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders) from the University of Wisconsin; it became evident that in order to maintain a high quality of life requires a sharp brain. That is why I invested two years researching neuroplasticity and brain fitness to develop Boost Your Brainpower 365.
My goal is to provide not just a book but a program that people can follow all year round that could improve their power of concentration, visualization, memory, imagination, and problem-solving skill in a fun and practical way.
