Hi Juliet I was wondering if you have any story ideas such as characters, items, or places that you've thrown out or given up on that I can use for one of my stories? The story that I'm thinking of is about an island where all story bits end up if they are thrown out or given up on. I've asked other authors so I can get a variety and some truth to the story. Interesting concept! Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I have been really busy writing. I can't think of any story fragments that I have thrown out completely - I am always likely to use them myself at some later point! Good luck with developing this idea.

Hi Juliet, just want to say thank you so much for your beautiful work. Daughter of the Forest made me seriously consider writing for a living, which I'm now doing, in the hopes that I could write characters like that. Not to mention rewriting much-loved fairy tale, which you are the master of. Thanks for your inspiration! I guess my question could be: have you any plans for other fairy tales to make over?
