Did anyone else have a problem with the "tricking her into having a baby by substituting sugar pills for her birth control pills?" The author is a woman. Has she never seen B C pills or how they are packaged? They don't come in a bottle. This guy is not a billionaire with a pharma company in his pocket.

This was one of the many issues I had with this book. It seemed poorly researched. I completely lost interest with the descriptions of life in France.
