This question might be asking for too much information. In that case please don't answer! I'm just curious. You mentioned before that your Thunder Road series involved motorcycle gangs in your past. How does one casually find a motorcycle gang to take one in for a while so you can find inspiration? Is it, the book came second or do you have very good persuasive skills? Love your writing. Thanks for the stories!

Hi Cyn,
The book idea came first. I grew up in a neighborhood where there was a local MC so the idea was something that had been brewing for years.
As for the research I did, I reached out to the MC, explained who I was, what I was writing, and asked for permission to hang out with them. After several phone conversations and them taking the time to verify who I was and what I was doing, they granted me permission to hang out with them. :-)
