I get asked this all the time... "Advice to new writers". Listen... apparently EVERYONE is writing a book. Only a very small percentage will ever FINISH writing it. It requires work and discipline. get it done!
Then, when you're done writing your story, you'll realize THAT was the FUN part. Now the WORK begins... editing, trying to get it published, marketing, etc.
If you want to see your book on a bookshelf one day, you need to finish writing it!
