The book captures the essence of a mystical sort-of environment, and I just loved it. It's brilliant. I TOTALLY recommend this book even if the cover is not appealing. I'm not the sort of person who reads these types of books (Hunger Games, Harry Potter, etc.) and I still picked up this book and couldn't put it down until it was done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
