I love this question, and yet I can't answer it for fear of potential spoilers. I will say that the various species do cross over in my series. With GFL Book VI (projected for 2018) and Book VII (projected for 2020) coming up, I can say much. BTW, have you read EARTHCORE?

Hey Scott, I'm a big fan of your books, especially the infected series. Anyway, I was wondering what motivated you to dive into YA fiction? It seems to be a different type of writing than you usually do. I'm guessing it's because you want to try something new? Anyway I pre-ordered Alive and can't wait to read it!
