Here is the move in rotation:
1. Isaiah and Noah live together in foster care.
2. Isaiah and Noah move into an apartment together
3. Noah moves into the dorms, West moves in with Isaiah.
4. Isaiah moves out to get his own place and Kaden and Jax move in.
