First off I'm a big fan of your Soulless series, it was fun to read. My question is have you considered doing a spin-off series about Alexia Tarabotti's father? I know you have a short story with him in Egypt I was just wondering if you were going to continue with him? He was such an interesting character.

Dearest Gail: Now that I'm reading Waistcoats and Weaponry I started wondering how did you approach the fashion part of the era. Did you first pick the year and then went to google the dresses or perhaps a petticoat cough your fancy and thus was the story's year picked? By the way, I am enjoying myself enormously with the last book.
