Most of my stories are horse related. I own three horses and am passionate about riding. I compete in Dressage. My horses live in my backyard so I spend a lot of time with them. They inspire me to write! Often, I will come up with an idea or a twist in a plot while I am riding on the beautiful trails in the Colorado mountains.

I was wondering where you got the inspiration for the unicorns names (Lazari, Mastis, Schema,etc) in the Mist trilogy. Did they come from a certain language also do the name's have any special meaning? By the way I am loving the trilogy so far. I've already read the first two books and I'm planning on reading the third book soon.
