There are always characters who get left behind...whom you wonder about. Einar, in SON. The little singer. Thomas. (Actually, I think there is a mention in MESSENGER of Thomas, that he is married...) As a reader you just have to create your own futures for these characters.

Your work is emotional and raw. I know that you have used life events to inspire your books, and those inspirations have been proven to be the most beloved of your writings. I've also read your blog posts and wonder if your role as a mother and a grandmother are going to come up in another piece? To what extent has your already published work been inspired by your children and grandchildren?
