Does anyone else love Trip as much as I love Trip? And I haven't finished, so please don't give away what happens between Trip and Pearl and Pearl and Moody :).

Trip actually cared for Pearl, while Lexie only used her at her convenience and Moody had a "nice guy" vibe that Pearl owed it to go out with him instead of Trip. Trip seemed like an all right guy, except for when he was picking on Izzy, but he teased all his siblings to some degree: it just seemed harsher with Izzy because it was already apparent that he didn't fit in.

Pearl never saw Moody as anything more than a friend, and when she got those clues that he wanted more, she declined those advances. She still cared for him as a friend and was doing her best to not hurt his feelings, which was one reason she was fine with keeping her afternoons with Trip a secret. When Moody heard that Pearl had an abortion, he implied to Trip that she was sleeping with him too, out of jealousy.
