I have read all of the Sookie Stackhouse novels, & it's a favorite series of mine. I'm from Mississippi, so the southern settings in all of your novels really resonate with me. Also the characters you create are incredibly easy to grow attached to. I was just wondering if you had a favorite character, one that was especially special to you? Also will there be any more books in the Sookie saga?

Charlaine Harris There are things I like about all my characters, even the ones who are less than good people. But I always liked writing Pam, especially. There will not be any more Sookie novels; I've told her story. Thanks for letting me know you've enjoyed my work.

I am a very big fan of your Southern Vampire mysteries series! I really like how you ended the series and I wanted to know if you always knew, from the beginning, who Sookie would end up with? Or did that emerge as you wrote more about her and her world? Once again, I am a huge fan and I'm so glad you have had such success with this series and your others!
